What's up, everyone! Let's clear up an important question about remakes and how they impact your Challengers. If you've ever had a match remake count as a loss, we're here to solve the mystery!
How Remakes Work in League of Legends
The game monitors player activity and connection from 0:00 to 1:30, but remakes aren't available during this time. Between 1:30 and 3:00, a remake becomes available if someone stays disconnected or inactive. The team then has 30 seconds to type "/remake".
After the 3:00 mark until the end of the match, remakes are disabled. And remember, early surrender ≠ remake! For example, if your team surrenders at 5 minutes, you'll lose LP... and your Challenge too.
If a remake is confirmed in LoL, Bountx automatically cancels the associated Challenge and issues a refund. Simple as that! But heads up, if you caused the remake, the Challenge will count as a loss with no refund. Fair's fair, right?
How Remakes Work in Valorant
In Valorant, if a player doesn't connect or goes AFK at the start, the remake option appears after the first round. A prompt lets players vote – everyone must agree for the remake to succeed.
In this case, your Challenge stays active after the remake, and you're free to queue up for your next match. Easy!
Special Cases & Important Details
In rare cases where a remake completes after you've connected but still shows as a loss in Bountx, you'll need to open a support ticket for a refund. Pro tip: include screenshots of your wallet and match details to speed things up!
At Bountx, we're committed to keeping things fair and transparent for every player. Whether you're grinding matches or learning the ropes, we've got your back! 🎮✨
