Why verify your documents?
- To make withdrawals on the platform, document verification is required. This helps prevent fraud and unauthorized withdrawals under someone else’s name.
Which documents do we accept?
We accept government-issued photo IDs, such as:
- Driver’s License
- State-Issued ID
- REAL ID
- Military ID
- Other official government photo identification
How long does verification take?
- After submitting your documents, the verification process usually takes up to 1 minute.
How to complete the verification? Step by Step
Step 1:
Go to your Bountx wallet, and when you select the withdrawal option, click on "Start Verification" as shown below:
Step 2:
You’ll be redirected to a screen with a QR code. Scan it using your mobile device to proceed to the verification page.
Step 3:
To start verifying your documents, click “Continue.” The entire process will take place directly on Didit’s page, with no need to download any app 😉
Step 4:
After clicking “Continue,” select the document you’d like to use for verification. We currently offer four options, as shown below:
Step 5:
Once you’ve selected your document, upload a photo of the front and another of the back. Accepted file formats are listed at the bottom of the screen, in the upload section.
Step 6:
After submitting your document, you’ll move on to the final step of verification, facial recognition. Make sure your face is properly framed and that you have good lighting.
Step 7:
After a short wait, your documents will be reviewed. Once all steps are completed, you’ll see a confirmation screen and can return to Bountx.
On Bountx, your documents will show as verified and your withdrawal will be released!
